Goals and Objectives

To develop mutually beneficial relationships with external partners.

  1. Establish objective grading criteria for evaluating potential partnerships and implement mandatory due diligence procedures prior to entering into or renewing partnerships.
  2. Evaluate Fraternity and membership needs from external partnerships.
  3. Identify and evaluate current partnerships and potential partnerships.
  4. Identify new ways to engage with the profession and community that are beneficial to the membership and the Fraternity.

Establish objective grading criteria for evaluating potential partnerships and implement mandatory due diligence procedures prior to entering into or renewing partnerships.

Internal Assessment

  • Appoint a committee or objective lead.
  • Committee or objective lead to assess our current criteria and process for collaboration & alliances.

Research external organizations and methods

  • Committee or objective lead to research how outside organizations engage and evaluate external collaborations and alliances.

Analyze and Report

  • Committee to analyze research findings and generate a report on current processes and how external organizations engage and evaluate external collaborations and alliances.

Develop processes and implement

  • Develop and implement suggested policies, procedures, and technology to evaluate current and future collaborations & alliances
  • Develop and implement ongoing processes for the review of collaboration and alliances.

Evaluate Fraternity and membership needs from external partnerships.

Assess needs

  • Appoint a committee or objective lead.
  • Committee or objective lead to assess the needs of the Fraternity and its members.
  • Committee or objective lead to research the Fraternity’s needs in regard to partnerships.
  • Committee or objective lead to research members needs in regard to partnerships.

Analyze and Report

  • Committee to analyze research findings and generate a report on the needs of the Fraternity and its members.

Identify and evaluate current partnerships and potential partnerships.

Identify

  • Appoint a committee or objective lead.
  • Committee or objective lead to assess our current partnerships using assessment designed in Objective 1 of the Collaboration & Alliance Goal.
  • Committee or objective lead to identify potential partnerships, based on the needs assessment done in Objective 2 of the Collaboration & Alliance Goal.

Analyze and Report

  • Committee to analyze research findings and generate a report of recommendations on current partnerships and future partnerships.

Implement

  • Develop and implement plan for forming or modifying partnerships pursuant to the report of findings.

Identify new ways to engage with the profession and community that are beneficial to the membership and the Fraternity.

Internal Assessment

  • Appoint a committee or objective lead.
  • Committee or objective lead to survey current ways the Fraternity engages with the profession and the community.

Research external organizations and methods

  • Committee or objective lead to research how other organizations engage with their relevant professions and communities.

Analyze and Report

  • Committee to analyze research findings and generate a report on current and potential ways to engage with the profession and community.

Develop processes and implement

  • Develop and implement suggested policies, procedures, and technology to help develop a culture that encourages pathways for giving actionable feedback and recognition.
